PATRICK GONSALVES

CHAIR

Patrick joined the Board in June 2025 and was elected Chair in July 2025.  Patrick is an experienced Chartered Secretary with extensive experience in the financial services industry covering banking, investment banking, insurance, wealth management and asset management.  Patrick has held senior roles at Lloyds Bank, NatWest, Barclays and Quilter PLC and now provides advice and support on corporate governance matters to financial services clients.

Key areas of experience include corporate governance, project management, shareholder relations, organisation design and oversight of corporate transactions including capital raising, mergers, disposals and capital raising.  Patrick has been a trusted adviser at Board and executive committee level for two decades.  Outside interests include travelling, gardening and music.

KERRY-ANN FRANCIS

TRUSTEE

Kerry-Ann Francis joined the Me We Foundation as a Trustee in July 2025. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience across the not-for-profit, social enterprise, technology and private sectors, with a strong commitment to racial equity, social justice and inclusive systems.

Kerry-Ann is the Founder and CEO of Numidia Ltd, a Black- and woman-led consultancy providing strategic, fundraising and operational support to charities and social enterprises, having raised significant funding and led over 40 initiatives across governance, communications and income generation.

She has extensive governance experience, currently serving as a School Governor and EDI Lead, and previously as a trustee and non-executive director across several organisations. Known for her values-led approach, thoughtful challenge and accountability, Kerry-Ann combines strategic rigour with care and integrity. She holds an MBA from Emory University, is a member and fellow of several professional bodies, and brings entrepreneurial experience alongside a grounded, community-oriented perspective to her work.

PETER WARD

TRUSTEE

Peter joined MeWe360’s Board of Trustees in July 2025. He is a 25-year experienced strategic advisor to large and mid-corporates, PE investors and their portfolio companies, and a range of public sector and not-for-profit organisations. Financial Services is his principal sector focus complemented by Professional Services and other regulated industries. He has substantial experience in investment, including private equity and venture capital, with both for-profit and social enterprise purposes, and has advised on setting up multiple new investment vehicles, including Create Equity.

Peter is an experienced leader and seasoned people developer including designing, delivering and managing training and professional development programmes. He is a Meyler Campbell qualified executive coach with extensive formal and informal coaching and mentoring experience, both internally to L.E.K. (at all levels from new graduates to Partners in the UK and internationally) and externally (primarily to private equity and professional services leaders navigating role transitions and/or facing significant agendas of strategic decision-making or change).

Peter is an enthusiastic supporter and keen amateur participant in primarily musically-related arts.

PETE COLLEY

CEO

Pete joined MeWe360 as its Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in November 2025. A qualified Chartered Management Accountant, Pete has held a number of senior leadership roles over the last 25 years in both the public and private sectors, heading up Finance, Strategy, Procurement and Operations teams. He relishes working with teams, their customers and other stakeholders to enhance performance, optimise resources and leave them smiling.

Previous employers and clients include Boots, Reuters, Sainsburys, WHSmith, Network Rail and NHS England. He has most recently worked for the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and its subsidiary, the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR). His primary focus there was improving internal operations and controls, and fostering relationships with key third-party suppliers to deliver greater value for money for and reduce the risks to the regulators. Between 2005 and 2007, Pete was the Managing Director of Not the National Theatre, an Arts Council England supported small-scale touring theatre company, bringing new writing recently performed in London to arts centres and theatres across the UK. He has also been Deputy Head of Governors at St Jude’s Primary School in Herne Hill and Treasurer of the London branch of the Long Distance Walking Association (LDWA).

A regular in the cheap seats in London’s West End and elsewhere, Pete is also an avid follower of cyclo-cross and Burnley Football Club.
